In the heart of the Costa Vicentina, just a short walk from Arrifana Beach, this once damp and neglected house was transformed into a luxury home, designed for comfort, functionality, and timeless style.
The original layout lacked flow and functionality, so we completely reimagined the space. The home now offers five spacious en-suite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and upgraded common areas that connect seamlessly to the outdoors.

A former dining space with a built-in barbecue was transformed into a versatile lounge with its own fireplace, the kitchen now combines natural wood cabinetry with durable silestone worktops, while large-format ceramic flooring enhance the home’s clean, spacious feel.
Bathrooms feature microcement finishes, custom-built structures, and bespoke oak joinery for warmth and character., and outside, a Japanese-inspired wooden hot tub set within a landscaped sun deck completes the blend of modern comfort and coastal tradition.
