Do you have a house or division that does not require construction work but aims to have a well-equipped space with a stylish and functional design?
With the existing layout of the residence or space, let’s work area by area to redefine the style and create a harmonious environment. We will work on the finishes, which can be easily altered with different materials like micro cement, special wall coverings with wood, wallpaper, lighting, and equipment.
We can also change the distribution of the furniture in each space when possible or appropriate, including bathrooms and kitchens, which will allow us to have more functional and aesthetic spaces.
Interior Design Project Phases
Preliminary Study:
With the existing house plan, we will propose a new distribution of equipment and furniture. This includes a moodboard with a proposed style, color palette, and new finishes for surfaces when appropriate.
Execution Project:
We provide technical plans for furniture designed by us, along with other necessary detailed plans such as alterations to the electrical installation.
Contracts and Orders:
We coordinate essential subcontractors for the project, such as electricians and carpenters. Additionally, we handle the ordering, organizing with suppliers for delivery, reception, and verification of materials, and making claims if necessary.
On-site Supervision:
This phase involves regular site visits to ensure that the work is being carried out correctly and precisely.
