Interior Architecture Project Phases
Preliminary Study:
Proposal for floor plan layout and elevations, along with a moodboard (style and finish proposal, moodboard with the style and a general proposal of the finishing).
Execution Project:
Each aspect is detailed through technical plans for installations (electricity, plumbing, etc.), detailed plans of significant areas such as kitchens and bathrooms at a larger scale, as well as dimensioned and detailed technical plans for custom cabinets and furniture, exterior and interior openings, and construction details. We ensure your constant involvement in all stages so that your expectations are met.
Contracts and Orders:
In this stage, the client will have our help to send the project documentation to different builders and suppliers, as well as to resolve their doubts and monitor the process until the budgets are obtained. We will also be responsible for making the order, organizing with the supplier for the delivery, reception, and verification of the material, and making claims if necessary.
On-site Supervision:
This phase involves regular site visits to ensure that the work is being carried out correctly and precisely. Monitoring also includes providing drawings to support the work when necessary, as well as updating the construction project drawings based on technical decisions made during the course of the project.

How long does an architecture project take?
The time required for the completion of an interior architecture project typically involves around one month for the preliminary study and four months for the execution project. However, it also greatly depends on the project’s size, the client’s availability to respond and make decisions, whether decisions are made swiftly or if we need to revise certain aspects multiple times.
Do I need a licensing project? How much does it cost?
The studio focuses on projects where the main structure of the house is not modified, so no permission from the local authority is required.
How is the price calculated?
The price depends largely on whether it’s an interior architecture or interior design project. Typically, factors such as square meters and the depth of the intervention are considered, among other variables. Get in touch and ask for a quotation.
Is it mandatory to hire all phases?
No, but it’s recommended to ensure that the project progresses as efficiently as possible. It’s not always easy to find reliable contractors and suppliers, but we’ve been working with most of them for years, establishing a relationship of commitment and trust that allows us to complete the project in the shortest possible time. Each phase of the project is independent. Coordination is monthly and, as mentioned, not mandatory but highly recommended.
