Enhanced Space: Harmonious Renovation with Added Privacy and Light
In this project, we embraced the challenge of transforming a house in relatively good condition to fulfill the client’s vision of a more expansive and inviting living space. By reimagining the layout, we created larger common areas to foster openness and connectivity.
This transformation extended beyond mere spatial rearrangement – we meticulously redesigned the installations to align with the new configuration.
Moreover, our studio also took great care in selecting furniture, lighting, and decor, ensuring a cohesive and elegant aesthetic to enhance the overall ambiance.
In this project we chose to create a larger common area, opening up the spaces, but still being able to have two suites on the main floor.
The old garage was turned into an independent apartment, connected to the main residence, with its own external space. This space now has strategically positioned openings, providing greater natural light and a stunning view of the sea.
The result is the harmony of two complementary, spacious, and highly functional environments.
